I would confidently state that there is sugar in this particular Chloraseptic product even though it is not stated on the package. There is a Chloraseptic product that IS sugar free. It is the "Chloraseptic Total Sore Throat + Cough Lozenges, Sugar-Free Wild Cherry Flavor, 15 Count", and it is sold by Amazon. As you can see, the words "Sugar-Free" are mentioned on the box.
