ISET ISW-BLK E-Coach for Tennis Player (Black)

I had such high expectations for this product that it breaks my heart to give it such a bad review. For the price, I expected a substantial watch that would track my tennis scores. Instead, the iSet has the cheap-plastic feel of a child's toy watch. The directions are not very user friendly and there is no customer service to speak of in the United States that I could find. It appears that this watch comes to us from France.I've had it for the better part of a week and I am ready to send it back on the next flight. I have yet to figure out how to set the time and use the tennis scoring function. The watch just starts beeping for no apparent reason, which is particularly annoying. I checked out the app but it requires you to log into a website and for your opponent to do the same.I should also mention that I am the kind of person who friends call upon when they can't set up their home entertainment system or computer. Don't waste your money on the iSet even if you have money to burn. I purchased an inexpensive plastic scoring watch from Wilson a number of years ago that did a great job keeping score at a fraction of the price. I'm only sorry that it is no longer available.
