Robust and comfortable.
I just got this chair and can’t tell about how long is going to last, but I’ve used one years ago and I can see the improvements in this one, the main thing to me is that the recliner stands up to almost 90° from the seat. Also the seat height is only 24” from the floor. It took me around 1:30 to assemble without problem, very intuitive and the manual is ok, almost every part has the screws already attached. Surprised by the quality and sturdiness, I like the new rugged cover, it feels thicker and more resistant to puncture. Great chair for the price. So far so good. I would buy again..

Great Chair!
Highly recommended. Very sturdy. Easy to use, very comfortable, and the different seating options make this a very versatile chair. I mainly bought this to show my customers that I appreciate their business, because without them, I wouldn't be where I am now.I did have a problem with the hydraulic. I emailed Inkbed and they were very responsive. They sent me a replacement hydraulic with the quickness. I do recommend raising the chair at least a half inch, on the side of the pedal, if you are using the the feet instead of the wheels, as your pedal will hit the floor but not enough to lower the chair completely. My only complaint is the flimsy wrenches that come with it for assembly...Wait till you are able to use sturdy tools. It took me forever to get it together...had the husband bring tools from his work to finish putting it together.

Works very well but aesthetically, not exactly what is pictured.
(See update below.)Overall, I very much like this chair for it's versatility but they must have changed the upholstery. The one in the stock photo shows a smooth surface with nice, plushy tufting job (as seen on the horizontal rows on the back, seat, and leg pieces). As you can see in my photos, that method of tufting is non-existent. The plushiness that was marketed in their photos would have been preferable to help prevent slippage of the the user down the seat. It also looks better. I'm a little disappointed in this deception. Otherwise, it's a good chair.UPDATE 09/12/23: I went ahead and changed this from 4-stars to 5-stars, despite my issue mentioned above from a few years ago. This chair has been very reliable and durable with no deficit in function.

They charge you a $400+ restocking fee for returns lol
The media could not be loaded. First I want to say just save your money, there’s a reason you don’t see these in tattoos shops; they are impractical, very bulky, the chair doesn’t even go high enough to use the leg supports, and extremely uncomfortable to the clients. So the reason I returned the chair is because of the obvious pictures and video I posted on here.… so let’s get into it… the main metal frame for this chair is supposed to be designed to bolt up smoothly to the hydraulic ram, but as you can see in the first image it does not fully fit, this makes the chair very unstable and extremely unsafe for your customers.-And in the second image you can see the Philips head bolt sticking up; this bolt is supposed to sit flat because the butt cousin is supposed to sit flat on top; this caused the cushion to bulge where the bolt making contact making is really uncomfortable for the customer.I’m the third image is the linkage to the leg supports.. as you can see in the video they are pathetically made and when i called about it they were proud of their design saying that’s how it’s supposed to be lol. So as your tattooing a leg it’s going to be moving on you, not to mention your going to have to stand up and man handle these janky levers just to make any adjustments, ultimately looking highly unprofessional to your customers.I’m the forth image is a t-handle bracket that was supposed to have holes drilled in it, but of course they sent it anyways..AFTER ALL THAT! They decided to charge me the restocking fee and extremely rude to me over the phone lmao

Hmmm
This was definitely harder to assemble than I was anticipating. Some of the settings were off for adjustment of the leg pieces but all in all it was an easy fix. Chairs are very comfortable and look very nice. For the price I expected it to feel a little more “sturdy”. However with most clients it should bear the weight without any issues.

Worth it for the Price
Good quality, semi easy to assemble as well just might be an extra set of hands to help. I recommend buying it. It does come in 2 shipments so if you are missing stuff just know it’ll come in the 2nd box. Hydraulic is a little weak but can’t complain for the price. Good hydraulics go for about the same price of the chair so I’m satisfied. It also has easy adjustability. Can’t move it around with no hassle.

Supremely satisfied
So let's start with shipping. Shipping was absolutely horrible. I hope the company that sold the chair ends up leaving UPS as their shipper and goes to FedEx USPS or someone else because everything which is completely terrible. But the chair itself is absolutely amazing. Put it together was not too difficult it went very fast. Once everything was put together as always super comfortable great material fabric is amazing, the hydraulic pump is perfect, the locking wheels are really really perfect. Ihave not used the standard legs. I look forward to using this chair for many many years.

Shipping
Shipping was 2 weeks faster then expected! Quality wise a little stiff but will have to do.

This is a great client bed
This is a great client bed, sturdy and well built. I've used the similar sounding Rat Hole brand for last 5 years and this chair is far better, price is better too. More positioning options and very comfortable. Base is nice and wide, so no matter which way you spin the bed you wont dump your client on their head. Armrests are optional, so be prepared to spend another $270 Canadian for that add on. I use my stand alone arm rest, but I think I will order the one built for Inkbed just to have it.

Best tattoo chair I’ve owned
I’ve ordered four of these so far. All of them were easy to put together, came with all the parts and overall have gotten great reviews from my clients. They are beyond comfortable for long sits!

Pretty decent, check video
The media could not be loaded. Overall pretty decent chair. Price of shipping to Canada was 421.00 which was pricey and Purolator tried to charge me twice and Inkbed fixed which was good. Flaws I noticed were in video, height and travel of shock, leg sag and the mechanism for legs opening and closing sucks but besides that pretty decent chair.
