I love this product. I have had a constant runny nose and post nasal drip for most of my life. I have had sinus surgeries more than once. My doctor wanted to give me allergy shots for 5 years. NO THANKS! I can't stand Clariton and products that dry me out to the point I feel like I can't blink because I have no moisture left or other products that put you to sleep like Benadryl. This product works amazing. No drowsiness and no over drying. I can tell when it starts to wear off because my nose starts to run again, but one pill lasts almost all day. I take two a day one in the morning the other at night. My pressure headaches are gone, my running nose and post nasal drip are gone. No surgery, no shots, no side effects. It's amazing. I would highly recommend it.

my only complaint is it takes so long to get it! I don't know why but when I order it ...its over 2 weeks before I get it. But this stuff really works for my sinus. I've used it for years and will continue as long as I can get it. It works best if taken on an empty stomach and good to take at bed time.

My results with stinging nettle:I've had severe hay fever for the last 30 years.Stinging nettles work better for me than anything I've used for hay fever with (and I can't stress this enough) zero side effects.This has completely eliminated my severe allergy reactions to pollen when the index is under 10. I would estimate that it cuts my allergy reactions by about 75% when the index is 11 or 12. With zero side effects. Any medicine I ever used over the years would be about 50% effective at best and bring on either grogginess or a zipped up nervous feeling.I should note that my dosage with stinging nettle is random. When I feel an allergy attack coming on I take one. If one doesn't stop it, I take another one. I'll take 2 before I go outside to mow. I'll take 2 every couple hours if I go fishing or hiking. I'm guessing the most I ever took over the course of a full day was 10. Never once had a side effect. This is not a recommendation, just clarification.To say that stinging nettles beat prescription or OTC medications would be an incredible understatement. In my case it works, and the medicines simply do not.

When I started taking this product months ago, my allergy symptoms radically improved. But at the same time, I replace a neglected air filter for my heating-cooling system. I wasn't sure whether the nettle alone contributed to my improvement. However, for the past few weeks I have been temporarily off all supplements and I notice that my allergy symptoms are worse again. I believe the stinging nettle works when taken regularly.

This is advertised and priced as freeze dried nettle. What I got is NOT freeze dried. Look at the pictures left by another reviewer. What you get is "nettle extract", with a totally different label. You can't return this, so please be aware before you click "Buy".

I have had pretty bad allergies for as long as I can remember, and this stuff has really amazed me with how effective it is at controlling the symptoms. We are in the middle of major pollen season, and I can count on one hand the number of sinus headaches I've had, and that is a big deal for me. I take one in the morning, and two before bed, and sometimes I might take one mid-afternoon if I feel like I'm getting symptoms. This has worked better for me than OTC allergy drugs, and believe me, I've tried them all! I do take Singulair, due to mild asthma, but that alone did not control all the sneezy, runny, headache symptoms. Adding nettle to that gives me the best control of symptoms I've ever experienced, and I haven't really noticed any side effects. I highly recommend giving this a try. Nothing will completely stop all the symptoms if you have bad allergies, but this has definitely made me feel better than ever! Highly recommend.
