Used in custom smoker build
I did not use this as intended, and instead I used it to build a custom smokehouse. To use it the way I did it required some custom metal working. It lightly attracts a magnet, suggesting it is made of low-quality stainless steel, but 18 months later I have noticed any rust!

Great Value
I was just looking for the chimney cap but came across this. Love the look and and it’s good quality. I see no issues with the welds at all. I would spring for another gasket but this one worked until my replacement arrived without issue.

Exhaust stack!
I purchased this product and had an issue with the welds. The seller reached out to me immediately and fixed the problem. The 2nd stack I received was perfect! Works exactly how it's supposed to. Customer service was some of the best I've ever dealt with. I reccomend this product and definitely reccomend the people in Customer service behind this product! 👍

Better than expected
I saw all the horror stories here, and still took a gamble. Honestly, I'm glad that I did. The interface material is a bit brittle, but the whole thing was easy to install, and it helped fix the inconsistent temps I was seeing without the smoke stack on my pb700fb1.

It's ok
Had to fix cap due to poor sheet metal work, and weld seems looked like one's I ran when I was 13 years old. But they do seem somewhat solid.

Cheaply made, Customer service was a joke. Changed manufacturing process BEWARE
The main support flange is only tacked on by 4 tiny micro welds, 1 of these welds don't even join both pieces of metal and is useless. I reviewed other photos here for this product and found where others are tack welded in the same fashion but with 20 plus welds where mine only has 4. I reached out to customer service 3 times and tried to explain with photos why my chimney was destine to fall off with the slightest bump or gust of wind, they told me it was all by design, it was better, and just sent me instructions on how to mount it.(Quoted)"Actually, we have optimized the design of this product since last year."..." The reason we reduce the welded holes is that makes the edges less sharp and makes the product look better. It doesn't affect use in the wind.In this case, would you accept a partial refund of $5 for compensation?"I told them no thank you, and Id finish welding it myself.
