These are great for night use. Mom has Alzheimer's and we have to use a pad in the underpants. Usually no wet bed.

Use this overnight product for my elderly dad with Parkinson's Disease. He can stay in bed for up to 10 hours a night and this product works. I do use a cover up over this product for added protection, but the cover up has never been wet from leaks. So, this product holds both urine and bowel, as sometimes he has a small bowel leakage during the night as well and it holds both without a leak. I highly recommend this product. I am my Dad's caregiver and it has cut my cleaning his bed linen down to normal. I used to wash his linen every morning from leaks from other products I used, but not this one.

Need better absorption ability for overnight use. Expensive compared to other brands

Good packaging sizes

I am not sure they would hold overnight for a person who is bowel and bladder incontinent, but they are great for day and can be pulled on easily. This gives a little independence.

Great for overnight. Or when I’m going to be away from the house for an extended length of time.
