Liquitex Professional Spray Paint, 12-oz (400ml), Cobalt Blue Hue 5

I tried spray painting 1 medium and 1 small picture frame and it clogged 3 times. I soaked the cap in acetone and it would work for 5 seconds then stop again.I can hear a gasp of air come from the can then nothing. I now have more than a half can of paint stuck inside and 2 unfinished frames!!!

I use these paints for soft backgrounds and special textures in murals in children's areas where I want to use water-based non-toxic products. Keep it flowing in short strokes, take the tip off frequently to clean it (place tip on a Wallyworld spraycan auto window cleaner to clear it - cheaper than the Liquitex tip cleaner spray), then replace the tip on the can and you're good to go! I NEVER have a problem with clogging. Just keep wiping the tip to prevent splatters, and keep shaking the can. Nice colors, but if you have a large area, be aware of how much is left in the can. It doesn't go too far if you're heavyhanded. Use a light hand to stretch the product.

I cant even use it or review accurately, my spray can came without a spray cap/nozzle!! I checked and double checked if it came seperately in a bag or somewhere in the packaging but no luck.The picture clearly shows a COMPLETE product... very disappointed at this point.. I can't even buy one cap , has to be like like 1,000pk when I just need one..

I have been painting products for the better part of the last 20 years in all forms and fashion. This product is the worst I've ever used. It spits out debris and clogs like no paint I've ever used. There is no way this product legitimately has 4 stars. I hate writing bad reviews, but I sanded and prepped this surface only to have this splatter all over about halfway through the project. I re sanded re-prepped, re sprayed only to have it happen for a second time. Based on my experience I would like 3-4 hours of my time and the product cost reimbursed.

Had no nozzle attached, yet the can came sealed in plastic with "Ready To Ship" printed on it, and the clear plastic cap was still on (the one that goes over the nozzle). Not eligible for return either.... The two letters aren't QA, they're BS.

I love this products coverage, its an acrylic type finish and it covers with one good coat. The only issue I have with this item is that after one or two uses the can starts to clog and there is no going back after that. So if you are doing a project and need to spray make sure you do all the spraying at once. or you will wind up throwing out the can. :(

I bought this spray in mind for plastic products (ABS) but when it came it didn't adhere properly. When it first sprayed, it covered the plastic fully, but after 1-2h (drying time) a lot of it would drain into the little crevices. I ended up having to spray multiple coats for it to work. After I did that, it ran out of paint incredibly fast.

I love these spray paints! I am an elementary school teacher who uses various colors to paint boxes for my classroom. Instead of boring brown cardboard, my room is livened up with splashy pizazz. I esp like the way the colors fuse seamlessly together.
