I hate hydrating drinks, I always felt that the flavors were way too sweet or I just found them pointless, but my friend recommended this, and now I take one every morning. When I drink I don’t get headaches or wake up with a hangover. I also feel that my skin looks healthier. But the best thing is the taste. It doesn’t taste like the other drinks that are to sweet, it has a good balance. I tell my kids it’s pop and they believe it!I also really like that I can just stick some in my purse, and have it to go!

These little packets of fizzy flavor are a great way to keep your immune system boosted when we need it the most. I like the berry flavor of these vitamins. I added to a large tumbler of water to dilute it because sometimes it can be too sweet if it is in the suggested amount of 7 ounces. I have heard good things about elderberry and zinc being great for your immune system so I am looking forward to seeing how they hold up during cold season. Definitely recommend to take daily and also at the gym.

Not gonna lie, I bought this stuff as a hangover cure for a girls weekend coming up. I decided to to test it out this weekend after having some margaritas and this product didn’t disappoint. I woke up headache free! I really felt like the electrolytes supported my hydration and the vitamin C was an added bonus. The only reason for 4 stars is I really didn’t like this flavor. I felt the berry flavor was a bit much with the added vitamin C, and will order another flavor next time

I did not like this hydration drink at all. It's way to salty and fizzy for my taste. I had to put more water than it recommend and it still was to salty tasting. I let it set out for awhile hoping that the fizzy would go away but that didn't happen either. Just not to my liking. Didn't care for it at all. On a positive note, my husband loved it! So I guess its just up to individual taste.

Just got the hydrate on Jan 30, 2024 and it expired on Oct 2023…not eligible to return. What a waste of money.Update: they refunded our money for the expired product and I have now used the product. It tastes good and isn’t too sweet and I feel more hydrated throughout the day!

I like the flavor of these better than others out there and I like the combination of vitamins added. If I am not feeling well I drink one and I do notice improvement, especially with headaches. Wish they were a little less expensive. I would drink one a day if the price was better. I did add some to my emergency kit too.

The berry blast was kind of nasty tasting. I tried it two or three times and I had to throw it out each time the other flavors I got are not bad if you want me to return these, I will swap them out for something else. Pineapple one’s pretty good.

I personally love that this product tastes great and not too sweet with very little sugar compared to other electrolyte drinks. But the real test comes from my 18 year old son who absolutely loves this drink. He can't wait to drink it after hard workouts and thinks the flavor is delicious. I feel good that he is getting a huge dose of vitamin C, amazing hydration and very little sugar. Highly recommend!
