The coolest silicon mat ever! No more remembering or struggling with flipping over fries or chicken nuggets to make them crispy. It's very convenient, and it cleans up easy, and all the grease just drains away from the food. Couldn't be happier!

this is crazy falling in love with a product I only just opened. I bought it to air dry and drip off blood from beef before I cook it. It will do splendidly for that purpose. Also I thought to cut it up and put it underneath pot plants that i over-water. Again, a splendid solution. Right now I'm rolling my feet on it, because it's like a delicious and expensive acupuncture session. A product with a hundred purposes. And I'm not even paid to write this review.

Looks like a good way to bake and drain so things stay crisp. Have not had time to try it out a lot.

I was really looking forward to purchasing this because I love the concept of having the fat drip off of my food so that I'm not eating that. I thought it was much better than a baking sheet. When I got it, I was impressed that it was so easy to use, just put it on a cookie sheet in the oven with whatever food I was making and it would remove the grease from my food. It did that, but it was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to clean! Since it's hot coming out of the oven, naturally I let it sit for a bit while I eat my food so I don't burn my hands on the hot sheet but while it's cooling down, the fat is starting to solidify. This made it so hard to clean it was almost impossible! I tried everything, using all different kinds of brushes and sponges, letting it soak in straight dish soap, and running it through the dishwasher many times! As you can see in the photo, there are stains that I've not been able to get out in all of the time I've had it. I think the concept is great but the design leaves a lot to be desired. If it was me that made this, I would make it a solid sheet with these raised triangles and reservoirs on the sides to drain the fat.

Maybe I haven't used it enough, but first impressions have been mixed. Yes, first use (after washing) was it has a bad smell. That was to be expected. IT does take longer to bake your items. I may not have had the patience to keep baking to get the crispness I was hoping for, since it does not get very crispy. I will continue to practice with times. Overall I am happy with the purchase and do recommend it at this low price.

This crazy cooking mat is amazing.my family laughed at it when it first arrived, Now they use it for everything,biscuits,frozen things like breaded chicken,burritos, bacon,frozen pizza.It does a fantastic job with pills bury tools.Cleans easy and tools up and slips in the draw.

I was really looking forward to getting these because they claim to brown foods better while keeping them out of the grease. Sadly I was disappointed - I like to cook bacon in the oven so I don't have to spend time standing over a splattering frying pan. I line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, place the bacon strips on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. When I used these silicone sheets instead it took more than twice as long in the oven and the bacon never did get completely browned. I feel like it was a waste of money.

I will not bake on silicone, its stupid, plus to wash silicon ...its a nightmare. I purchased this for other uses.: 1. I cutted it and placed under the speakers to reduce vibration (now they sounds much cleaner) +they now skid free.Leftovers I clued under heater/fan - now its much quieter. 2. The whole piece I placed on my office chair (short-back) back as a temporary massage. Using it as an acupuncture substitute... it very pleasant + massaging /stress relieve quality is outstanding. 30 min is enough to remove tension ;) Plus the spikes will will act as ventilation passages, so you will feel cooler / fresher. The product is very flexible (very soft siliconized rubber about 1/8" thick or 2 mm = metric.

Für mich ist das prima da ich viel im heißluftofen aufbacke und die umluft auch dahin kommt. Wenn allerdings vom gebackenen cambertkäse etwas ausläuft ist es mit dem saubermachen etwas schlechter aber wenn garnichts geht ab in die Spülmaschine. Ich habe es rund ausgeschnitten passend auf Gitter die Reste benutze ich als Untersetzer oder als topflappen

Praktisch aber nicht gerade. Das Fett sammelt sich in den Zwischenräumen, soweit gut. Aber: im warmen Zustand kann man die Matte nicht aus dem Ofen nehmen, da das Fett heruntertropft. Die Reinigung generell ist sehr mühsam, und richtig sauber wird die Matte weder in der Spülmaschine noch per Hand. Noch dazu hat sich schon nach kurzer Zeit das Fett in die Matte eingebrannt, wodurch das hübsche grün unansehnlich wurde und keine Zierde mehr für meinen Backofen ist. Schade, ich hab mir das besser vorgestellt :/

These work well for fairly dry and low oil items like fish sticks or bread. For meat that will release a lot of oil they work well but are very tedious to clean (15-20 minutes to clean the mat after roasting a small chicken on it).
