These are very sturdy and perfect for making your own supplement capsules. The container is great and better than the ones that come in bags because it screws on tightly keeping air and moisture out. Also, these are well made, don’t break, and hold more than the cheap ones that come in a bag. Would buy again!

Perfect size for what i need! ( I need to split my dog’s pills - and when i put the pieces in a capsule - it encases the bitter taste.) Love the way they snap together when closed.

Got tired of the taste of magic mushrooms 🍄. Would mostly use peanut butter and jelly sandwich to mix the taste. Now I hate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Soooooooo decided to get these capsules and grind away. Much easier to take in pill form without the gag reflex 5/5
