Would these be ok for a lintel above a window

They will but you have to remember all lintels have reinforcing bars through then . If modern these bars will be 50mm from top and bottom so you need to drill to avoid them . Masonry drills will not drill steel.

Are these suitable for drilling holes into ceramic plant pots?

Yes without a doubt. I found these the most versatile bits I've ever owned. I used them to drill through ceramic wall tiles and then straight on through a concrete wall that is notorious for killing drill bits several holes later it still looks good. In my opinion you will not buy anything else after using these.

Are these definitely cobalt? Suitable for drilling stainless Steel as the back of blue packet they are packed in says wood & plastic

I have used the drills on stainless steel 1.5mm thick at a medium speed and plenty of coolant and found the result very good they seem to be very good quality for the price, i have used them most on plate steel up to 12mm thick with excellent results, as for them being cobalt i don't know !
