Not happy
Came packed ok but 5 slats had holes in them asked for a partial refund but was refused saying excuse was “there is nothing wrong with them” 5 holes and nothing wrong them!!!! Considering returning them. Customer service poor

does what it should
bought the right size but had to saw the ends a little cos slightly too big but apart from that great it does what it should

Slats too short to fit width of bed - expensive firewood!
Slats much shorter than stated in product description. Too short to fit the bed I wanted them for, so no use at all. Slat spacing and alignment very erratic. Need to remove staples and refit to get even spacing and parallel slats. Generous number of slats - 4 more than necessary for the bed.
