Q: Can you please post the measurements of these panties? Your size chart is useless since this style fits around the hip, not waist.

I would suggest you go with your normal size if you like then snug or fitted and you will probably get some stretch from wear - I sized up for a more comfortable seamless size - these looked huge at first (I got a large but I’m normally a medium) but I washed and dried them and I really like them - no side fat rolls if you know what I mean 🙂 I would order again in a medium to compare

These thong's have a lot of elastic and stretch. Depending on how you like the fit, I'd order a size smaller. or look at the size chart from the manufacture to be sure.

I am 5’6”, 164lbs, 36C and for reference I got a medium. The bottoms do run a bit small (not enough to make a huge difference but I definitely noticed) but the top fit really well. Whatever size you are in bottoms I’d say go with that as it was pretty close to what I normally wear. Quality is AMAZING though so definitely recommend ❤️
