Purity. I researched and found this product and although more expensive I like it better.

Done some good research on Fucoidan and have found Science backed data that is immunomodulating, anti allergic, anti tumor (esp cancer) anti viral and anti inflammatory. I know from my experience with all supplements, it takes time, a good 60-90 day regimen to start seeing changes. I have found fucoidan to be quite pricy and this one seems a good deal. I will keep trying with it.

I’ve been taking fucoidan for a couple of years now, mostly to fight inflammation. What I like most about MONOHERB’s fucoidan is the addition of flaxseed to enhance absorption and increase effectiveness by a claimed 30%. It’s too soon to know whether this will make a difference compared to my usual brand, but I’m optimistic. Happily, Amazon offers this product on the Subscribe-and-Save program, so I’ve already switched my subscription.I also like that this product is produced in a GMP facility and is third-party tested, two things that are important to me.My bottle expires nearly two years out, so no worries about freshness, and I find the medium-sized capsules very easy to swallow. I’ve experienced no undesired side effects after about ten days.As mentioned, I’ve switched my subscription over to this MONOHERB fucoidan, so five stars for quality, effectiveness and value.

This is seemingly a good product, but has some glaring issues: one cannot look up which sea plants make up the Fucoidan extract. The company, Monoherb, has no internet presence, other than sales via Amazon, and therefore no client service department or technical / scientific support to determine which brown algae is used in this standardized product. The therapeutic implications and dosages depend on knowing which plants are included as some cause intense anti-coagulation effects in blood whilst others do not. Different species of Brown algae have different levels of anti-coagulation and iodine levels, so having a nutritional analysis is of product at the very least and having a breakdown of the brown algae utilized for this product formulation, should be mandatory, as the product is said to have anti-proliferative and anti-coagulation impacts on tissues / blood.Very disappointing to only find the owner’s (Ukrainian) info in the web, no registered or official website and no means of tracing the quality of this formulation back to a reputable manufacturer!
