I've always used tempered glass protectors so I was surprised to find the fingerprint scanner was so funky and there's a little circle on the screen that is there all the time. It does work but I had to really smooth it out with a credit card first because it wasn't properly sticking to the screen, and even after resetting my fingerprints it still fails more often than with the tempered glass.I also charged it last night, and now the little flap that protects the charging port is stuck hanging open. It doesn't stay tucked in. Case was cheap enough and durable feeling enough that I'm keeping it anyway and just going to cut off the lil flap.Case is gorgeous though, the flower blossoms match my kindle and tablet. And it does feel quite sturdy. I had planned to put a tempered glass protector on too because I'm extra, but it didn't fit over the top of the case because of the raised edges. I shouldn't need to do that because the case feels great anyway.Update: cut off the flap for the charging port and installed a tempered protector on the phone before putting on this case. It's perfect now. No bubbles etc. Also the finger print reader works perfectly now.

I wanted to like this case so much, but it just wasn't durable at all. First, the fingerprint reader made my phone look like there was a smudge or a dirty spot on my screen, and the whole screen was kind of sticky and hard to swipe. But the biggest issue I had was that after I got it on my phone, I noticed that the corner of the screen protector was already broken. I guess it's just cheaply made. I requested a refund a few minutes after putting it on my phone.

I love this case. Very pretty. I almost didn't get it because of the reviews about the fingerprint reader not working well with the case. That is NOT the experience I have. The fingerprint reader works GREAT for me. When you peel off the protective film there is another little circle protective film over just the fingerprint reader area on the case. It is hard to see but you must take that off so the case can work properly with the fingerprint reader. The case is beautiful and seems to work well so far. I am glad I went ahead and bought this case!!!!

Honestly I love the way the case looks and it feel like it will actually protect my phone. The only problem is my side buttons won't work with this case on. I'm not sure what the problem is but I can't turn off my screen, power down my phone, take screenshots or control the phone volume.

Cheap, flimsy, the screen protector is a joke. Have to press harder on the screen to scroll and tap. Also the way it's put together you can't just use the case without the screen protector, the phone will fall right out. And it's just large enough to be difficult to use with one hand. I gave it a day to try to get used to it but gave up and switched back to my old phone case.

This is a great case! The outer edge of the backing absorbs a lot of the shock if you drop your phone. The dust cover is flexible enough to have open when charging but still closed back securely (my other brand similar case does not) and it is gorgeous!

Screen cover doesn't work because it ruins the finger print recognition tool so I popped it off and love it
