Great for moods and anxiety
This works great on helping with my moods. It takes away some of my anxiety and helps keep depression away.

Joy, what a very appropriate name, it relaxes and improves my mood in a couple of hours. I used a Relora compound previously as recommended by another medical counselor, but this one really helped me focus and helped me relax with a better sleep when taking before bed. Take with food, I did without food and it felt too acid to my stomach.

Most supplement do nothing (IMHO), but this actually works. If you're feeling down, or angry, this attenuates those feelings. It's not a happy pill, it's more of a back to normal pill.
