I used the measurement chart and originally ordered the XXL, and that was great as a smoother. And i wear this occasionally under work clothes now (i never used to wear shapewear under work clothes.) However, i went back and ordered the XL and that was perfect for holding me in. I looked phenomenal in my dress! I had so many people comment that i looked like i lost weight. The item itself is very soft. I had no problem bending or breathing. A lot of times when i wear shapewear i feel like i scrunch my shoulders up, since everything is getting pushed up and together. I didn't do that at all with this, i felt very relaxed and feel that reflected in my pictures for once. I feel like i could've ordered a size down in my dress. I had no issues with it riding down under my boobs or riding up on my thigh. It does have the clear grip solution on the thighs and a soft "liner" under the boobs. As for going to the bathroom the slit was just the right size to go number 1. I can't comment enough on how great these were. The crossing X in the front it just the right umph so that you don't have any overhang or bulging in the wrong areas. You can spend the money on honeylove if you want, but these were AMAZING. Give them a try, you won't regret it. Definitely worth the money for the value.

Unlike many, even without the straps the waisteband does not curl forward and become a ring around your waist. It’s a tight fit and I’m not willing to try the “hole,” so I just didn’t drink much so I did not have to struggle to pull it down and back up. Worth buying!

Size is off run small quality OK would not buy

This thing is great! Honestly I thought I wasn’t going to get it on but once I did it was surprisingly comfortable! I usually wear a small in everything but I’m glad I looked at the size chart and the other reviews and ordered a medium. It definitely runs small! I tried it in with the dress I need to wear it with and it really flatted out my tummy! Great purchase at a fraction of the cost of other shapewear

So this prouduct didn’t do what it was said to do! I love the material of this and it’s very comfortable to wear but it doesn’t help snatch your figure like it says it does. The straps are so hard to connect to the body suit at least for me.

I am 64 years old, 5'7", 175 lbs with my fair share of booty, more belly than I would like and minor inner thigh fat. ! I usually purchase items in XL or size 12 but I bought this in a size 14-16 and it fits perfectly! It flattens my belly without taking away from my booty. And also smooths inner thighs. I've worn it under yoga tights and dresses. You don't even notice it - no lines and it's very comfortable. I have not needed to use the shoulder straps bcoz it stays put. Perfect! I've bought many similar items in the past and was never satisfied. I hope to purchase another one before a possible price hike.

I was on the line between L and XL so I went with XL and I'm glad I did. If you use the straps it doesn't roll or slide. Slides a bit if no straps. Really smooth things out and is comfortable.

Tiene buena calidad la tela, pero aprieta mucho, compré XL y en otras marcas uso L o M. Sientes la presión, por lo que no es tan cómoda. La quería para comprimir abdomen bajo, pero no fue muy efectiva en esa zona, creo funciona más para comprimir abdomen alto, porque es donde se siente la mayor presión. No note que "comprimiera" las chaparreras (laterales de los muslos), a pesar de que trae bandas para esa zona, y tampoco que subiera los glúteos, tal vez sea porque es más elástica de la pierna y pompa, su compresión es mayor en el abdomen, pero no pediría una talla más chica, porque me apretaría demasiado el talle, y eso que no tengo panza. Puede funcionar bien para personas de talle alto, a mi me quedo un poquito larga, mido 1.61, peso 78 kg y mi pierna es gordita. La ventaja es que no se enrolla nada atrás, viene reforzada con elástico arriba y con un cinta en toda la circunferencia. Otra cosa, tiene costuras a los lados, en el borde del panty, a lo largo de la espalda y en la circunferencia de los muslos, si tu vestido es muy pegado al cuerpo o de una tela delgada, podrían llegar a notarse. Si tiene abertura para ir al baño. Tal vez para otro tipo de cuerpo pueda amoldarse mejor.
