Lovely table but upon delivery and putting them together every table we purchased has something wrong with it

need your own tools to assemble as the tools they give you make the process take longer. Table looks just like the photo.

Everything is fine on this table however it really should be a 3 inch foam rather than a 2 inch. The specifications did not reveal the foam thickness.

I purchased one of these tables for our doctors office and I must say I was very impressed with how fast it came and how wonderful it looks and how easy it was to assemble. I was a little concerned about about the previous review so I called before hand to confirm the table was more then 2" thick. I spoke with a customer service rep named Sarah and she informed me that the table as in fact 3". I have included a pic of the table we received. We were so happy with the table, we bought 5 more tables for our other locations.

The insert parts that go into the end of the legs either broke or would not stay in once the table was assembled. I had to make four new wooden substitutes for them. The inserts that were supposed to be inside of the rectangular frames were either broken or missing. Again I made wooden substitutes so the metal rectangular frame parts would not collapse when the assembly bolts were tighten. Now that the table is assembled with the new wooden parts, it is working well.

Shelf was broke, but I wasn't using it so it didn't matter. Would buy again.
