I contacted manufacturer. To be honest that was an hour ago and it's after 5pm. This is a scale. This should be a simple installation but it's not. It requires 3 files to install from the company and one from Avery and it still doesn't work. Now I find there are no returns because the scale contains flammable liquids. What electronic scale uses flammable liquids?

Love this scale and would recommend this to anyone looking for a good scale.

Worked okay for awhile and then went bad. Seller won't refund item it was longer than 14 days. Ridiculous.
