Fantastic bone broth
Such a great product. Always keep some in for when anyone is poorly, but also fantastic added to soups, gravies, sauces and stews.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Reminds me of the homemade broth that my grandma used to make. I Have tried various broths and all of them lacked flavour - this one is spot on and ideal meal replacement when you are on diet. Great nutritional value as well. The only drawback is price as it’s quite expensive

Clean tasting, good quality just little expensive

Take Stock Bone broth.
Well packaged and whereas it lacks, in my opinion, sufficient flavour to use as a broth on its own it is a great base to which spices and seasoning can be added as per one's personal taste. I will purchase it again. The price, considering the chickens' welfare (see below) is, although expensive, just about justified. Who wants a kitchen dripping with aerated stock and a hefty energy bill each time, every time, good stock is required? (But having just written that I usually make my own, but not strained as this is, from my butcher's raw material and thus can flavour it as I like, but will certainly have a couple of these cartons in stock as back up.The label says that the product is made (in Norway) from 'higher welfare chickens' and whereas this term can be defined variously to the extent that until some form of standardising is applied it has no real meaning, Take Stock at least are on track for people like me who only eat meat from registered local butchers who know the farmers and who can attest to good welfare.

Clucking Bland
Wasn't sure what to expect from this as I hadn't had bone broth before, but was aware of it's reputation and healthy nutritional properties, so when I saw it had a 'Great Taste' award, I thought I'd give it a go, even though seven quid seemed a lot for a bit of bone water. First I tried it cold and it was super bland, to the point of being a bit gross, so I heated it up. No change, so I added some soy sauce and managed to get it down. In sum, it might have a great taste as far as being compared with other broths, but it is not something I would choose to put in my mouth, if you will, and the price is ridiculous! That said, I'm sure it's healthy, hence the two star rating. As for me, I'll find some other way to get more protein in my diet in future TYVM. Nope to bone soup, it's strictly for the birds IMHO.

Unpleasant & overpriced!
I bought this broth as I'm doing 16:8 fasting and wanted something to help with the hunger pangs. I've just heated it up and taken my first sip and found it different but OK, then after a few more sips, I can no longer stomach any more. It's the smell of it that gets me. It's difficult to describe, but the smell is horrible, and you eventually realise it tastes as bad as it smells. The aftertaste I can only describe as bloody. URGH! I've not yet tried homemade chicken broth, so I'm not sure how it should taste. As for the cost of this stuff. It's a joke! Then again, the jokes on me for buying it. :/ Down the drain, it goes!Update: August 2021 - Well, I didn't need this Broth after all. All I was missing was electrolytes. I bought some High5 Zero Electrolyte tabs which have irradicated headaches and hunger pangs. I've lost 35lbs (2.5 Stone) in 6 months and have reached my goal weight. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe, having gone from XL to Medium and the occasional Small. I've never been happier after trying to lose weight for 20 years.

Delicious
I don’t normally write a review for anything but this was so delicious I had to. This truly is soul food. Really very good and tasty. I drank it like a soup but I also had it in my stew and both worked really well.
