the product is good but one pill a day is simply not enough
the product is good but one pill a day is simply not enough... the daily dose for cod liver oil is supposed to be 2-3 grams, so that would make it more than 5 pills... which makes this product very expensive.

This has cancer causing paraben in it which is not shown in the product pictures. But detailed ingredients are on the bottle which included preservatives and parabens.

This is a good product, the quality is good and I must add you can actually feel the difference, I feel my skin has gone better, they were not dry this winter and I feel increase in endurance. I had been taking 2 softgels a day.
