The media could not be loaded.  iphone user: purchased 5/10, review 5/20: Easy install of iOS app but I wish we didn’t have to install every app to use this product. Cool faces, would recommend also purchasing the screen protector (I am a very cautious person but those really help decrease scratches etc). It did come quite large around the band but it took the fossil watch repair guy 1 minute to resize to fit my wrist. Would recommend putting it on battery save mode which last a week otherwise your battery will drain within hours. Very cute and I like it a lot.

I bought this watch for my mom for Mother’s Day and she keeps telling me how much she loves it and gets so many compliments on it when she wears it at work! It’s really pretty and classy, I’m thinking of buying one for myself! It’s just like an Apple Watch, she gets texts messages on it. You can pick the face for it, there’s 100 to choose from. She picked the one that had huge numbers, she loves that she can see it! She’s still trying to figure out how to work the texts though. She said it was kind of hard to set up, but my sister helped her with it. This was the perfect gift!

This smart watch has alot of features to learn than my fitbit did. I'm learning something new everyday. I do love that I can reply and answer my phone when I'm away from my actual phone bc I'm very bad at misplacing my phone. The only feature that I'm not fond of is the battery life. It does not last long at all. I have to charge this daily. The look...I get compliments all the time. Only had this a week.

I bought this watch a little over a year ago and the other day, it stopped charging. One of the rings on the back had fallen out so it wouldn't connect to the charger anymore. Buying another one, though, because I really like how easy it was to set up and use.

This is only my second week wearing it, so I'm still learning about everything it has to offer. So far I'm loving the step counter and was able to get it to sync with the Noom app. I'm in the medical field and the timer has been great for counting peoples pulses. I was really worried about the face being too large and even hesitated to order it. Now I must say that the size is perfect and definitely not too large. And if your worried that the band may not fit your wrist, don't be I had to have 5 links taken out. My only complaint thus far is that the charger cord isn't very long limiting where you can charge it. I have a fairly tall dresser, maybe 42-46" with a plug right beside it and the watch has to sit on the very edge just to reach the charger. Not good for the watch to be on the edge like that.

The watch is beautiful and I received so many compliments on it but sadly it's not functional as an activity tracker. The battery barely lasts a full day of 12-hour wear. I had to minimize a lot of features to save battery power and to ensure that my steps would be tracked all day. If I used features like the ability to track heart rate, receive phone calls, texts, music, etc, the battery would drain in 6 hours or less. I was not able to wear this to bed to use the sleep track feature as I'd have to charge it every night. Also, Fossil doesn't have their own app, you have to use Google Fit which I've found is not the most user-friendly. Lastly (& probably least important), this watch does not provide a fun notification when you hit your step goal (like vibrate/show a graphic) which I'm used to and enjoyed getting on my previous fitbits. I really really wanted to love this, but unfortunately it's getting returned after using for less than a month. I chose not to replace with another Fossil brand as many reviews comment on battery not lasting so this seems to be an issue with the brand.

I've had my watch Less Than 3 months. I loved it! It synched well with my Samsung Note and worked perfectly until a couple of days ago. Started cycling on and off at random times. Now it continues to cycle on and off repeatedly every minute and the watch is getting hot. Fossil said they will cover it under their warranty, however their customer service is poor in my opinion. I have to ship the watch to them at my cost and pay for shipping insurance and proof of delivery. Repair can take 4 to 6 weeks. If they can't fix it, then they will supposedly provide me a new one. In the meantime, I have no watch for a month and a half. I am not happy! Too bad not all companies have the great customer service that Amazon does!!

I bought this watch 2 years ago. Watch was working great. 1 year later it just started cutting of randomly and would not cut back on until it was put on charger. And no the battery was not low. It was doing this when the battery would be at 48%. If you need a cute smart watch this is great. But don't expect to last long.

I bought for my wife last month she hardly use 3-4 times just for occasion but battery backup very poor. I feel i lost my money.Return window also closed now.

Got this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it, good looking and do all the smart watch stuff and talk and text right on the watch .

Has even more options than a branded phone company watch does. The only issue I notice is that the battery life is not longer than 1 day. I do have all the bells and whistles turned on, so not overly surprised. Husband bought the phone branded smart watch and his battery life is longer, although the Fossil watch has more features. I am still very happy with the watch, I just make sure that I charge it every night.
