Do your eyes a favor ...
Love 'em. I bought a set of these to have installed on an Auto Ordnance 1911 slide. David Milam of Cajun Gun Works in Louisiana did the necessary milling and fit them perfectly. I went with a green rear and red front and couldn't be happier. They are bright in the dimmest of natural light and are easy to pick up in a hurry with one or both eyes. 3" groups at 25yds - 5" at 50yds.

Requires significant hand fitting.
You will need good metal working skills to install this sight. The dove tail is too wide and too deep. The dove tail will require serious reshaping to become useable. You will also need a good sight pusher. Do not attempt installation without a good sight pusher! Use only hand tools as power tools, including rotary tools like a Dremel, will over heat the sight quickly. I got it installed, after about 2 hours of hand fitting.

Very nice sight, I would give 4.5 and not 5 as they did not advertise the High!.
The sight is very nice, not hard to install.The only thing to be considered, the High is .350" and my old OEM in a Dam Wesson was .330" so I needed to find a new Front one as I start grouping 5" high at 25Y.The real Fiber optic is a bit more clear, but this one should live longer as Fiber has to be changed very often.
