CADMUS High Waist Athletic Shorts for Womens Yoga Fitness Running Shorts with Deep Pockets

I have a 40 inch waist and got an XL however they fall when i’m working out so I wish I got a L instead. Great material and quality though.

i really loved the material, the color but i have heavy legs and didnt think when i bought 2x theyd be so short. they were a little snugger then i thought theyd be but i could of handled that. the shortness was a big problem for me. my fat rolls in my legs would of rolled them even further up.

I bought these for Granddaughter's track. Wasn't sure on size so I read some reviews and went with the xs. She is 12 yrs and weighs around 90 lbs. She can wear a 12/14 in girls clothing. These fit perfect. She will probably only get to wear them one season but, they serve their purpose.

UPDATE 3: I returned the 2nd order of size Large hoping to receive shorts like the 1st order of size Large. Evidently they have changed their product or it's made at a different facility. Below are the measurements of the last order. They're OK. I'm probably going to keep them and wear them around the house. The material is thinner and the legs are bigger. Now there's just a small elastic band about 1/2" high at the top. Also the tall wide waist band that was 4-1/2" high in the 1st order is 3-1/2" high in the latest shipment. Below are the measurements of my second order of size Large. They are larger in the hips & legs, same size waist & inseam length. I'm not sure if I will keep these because I have slim hips & legs. If you carry your weight in your butt, you may have camel toe.Original Review of the XL:I ordered other shorts that were too thin, too small and too long (Sexy Basics soft bike shorts size L). These XL Black Cadmus shorts are somewhat large especially in the legs. Size charts seldom work for me as I'm short waisted (short torso) and long legged. I'm 5'2" tall, 145 lbs and I carry my weight around my middle. My measurements 38" Waist & 41" Hips. the inseam in these shorts (size XL) is 4-1/2". I don't have camel toe as other reviewers have commented. However, I am smaller in the hips & thighs. They are not too tight in the thigh region either. Hopefully this review will help someone with their purchase.If you order them too small I believe you will have camel toe as the wide waist band keeps the shorts pulled up to your waist. There is a smaller waist band (1-1/8") inside of the wide band at the very top of the shorts. I have other brands and they have the same small band inside as well. There's not much compression in the wide band at the top of the shorts . Daughter uses these shorts for volleyball, the fabric is good quality, holds up well despite frequent use and washes. Daughter states they are very comfortable and they are flattering to her figure, She likes that they aren't super short like underwear, nor are they super long. Sometimes they roll up and she has to pull them down, but that is often due to physically demanding drills/acticities are taking place... like repetitively jumping, diving, squatting low, etc... all the things that come with volleyball, but it doesn't bother her. Daughter likes them, and have purchased same brand twice in order her to have enough for all practice days. Not dissapointed at all. Purchased a medium for athletic build daughter who is 5'5".

Okay so we’ll start with the bad, these shorts are not good for Cycle or some cardio workouts, I have thiccc thighs so they rode up very early on. So things sitting down just because they were 5 inches not a great start. But honestly that’s the only negative.Plus sides I wore some to a rave and my phone stayed in my pocket the ENTIRE time. Jumping up and down and dancing they didn’t ride up also no crotch sweat which was nice. They did ride up a little but it wasn’t too bad. I would say if you’re planning for weight lifting you’ll be fine but any cardio some riding up but for the price I still think they’re good shorts.

Good purchase. Comfy yet form fitting.
