It was stale!!! And utterly bitter even with lots of sugar.
Straight away when I opened the 1 kg bag, it smelled stale! I still made the filling in the daugh that I already prepared. Added lots of sugar to it but it was still awfully bitter, it was not edible at all! I am very disappointed as all the prepared dough and the 1 kg of poppy seed went to waste. I have e-mailed to the seller but they did not get back to me. Very sad...
