As (obviously) a HP fan I was very excited to get this. Metal box is gorgeous! Design and print are stunning too - glimmering gold on Matt black - so beautiful! However…The pieces themselves are quite poor quality. The back layer on a lot of pieces was peeling of even before I got them out of the box. The layers of cardboard are poorly glued together, a lot of pieces weren’t cut through properly.And…. We had a missing piece 😭The jigsaw itself was really hard. So much harder than I initially anticipated. Because there are only black and gold colours and it is a diagonal grid based design it felt really difficult for 500 (minus one) piece puzzle.Quality of jigsaw needs to be improved for better experience!

Description not quite accurate...this is in a gorgeous embossed tin, not a box.Must be honest, I bought this for the tin not the puzzle.The tin is absolutely gorgeous, very nice quality and a decent size.The puzzle seems decent quality and the pieces are sturdy and fit together well.

Fab jigsaw, challenging but fun. Was missing a piece unfortunately but still had a nice time completing it.

The design itself is quite charming, but it came with a missing piece that somewhat ruined the experience, especially considering this was meant as a gift. The retailer offered no palpable help and left me waiting for a solution with numerous automatic replies.

The best thing about this puzzle is the tin!I probably would have enjoyed it if there had been a better guide picture inside the tin - but no! It’s a sticker on the back of the tin so small I can’t distinguish the lines.The picture shows how small the guide picture is - I took a photo to be able increase the size but it doesn’t actually match the puzzle properly when you zoom in because it’s cut so badly pieces don’t seem to fit properly.For the price this is extremely poor quality so don’t bother buying it even if like me you really like the image!

I received the item quickly, and was surprised at how well-presented the item was. It is a gift and hasn't been opened yet, but it looks fantastic! Very happy

I gave this present to a big Harry Potter fan and he was overjoyed. Mission accomplished I guess
