It Works Pretty Well.
I purchased this as we use a lot of fresh herbs in the kitchen where I work. It for the most part does the job.Two things to note:1) The fresher the herbs, the better it works. Once herbs get wilted a bit, it doesn't work as well.2) It struggles with fresh thyme...but I have never seen anything that works well on fresh thyme so I cannot knock this too much. Stripping thyme is just a tedious exercise in futility I guess...Oregano, basil, parsley, cilantro, chard, kale...all a good job.It is sturdy and doesn't bend when pulling herbs through it. It is also easy to clean as it is metal.Nice time saver.

Where has this been all my kitchen life?
Makes easy (and surprisingly fun!) work of the tedious task of removing the good usable parts of herbs and lettuces from the stems. I just bought three more to give to friends. Try this tool once and you'll wonder why you wasted so much time plucking leaves and so much trouble cutting out the unchewable parts of kale

Doesn't work well
Not sure what the ideal herb is to use this one on, but I couldn't effectively use it on my rosemary plant

Stainless steel easy to use
The various holes are perfect for easy leaf extraction and the middle slot works for any that don’t fit in the holes. Simple, small, & effective
