It took a little bit of time to research just what the magic ingredient "Epicor" is. Turns out it's nothing more than fermented brewers yeast. It does contain some vitamin c and zinc.The smell and taste are none to minimal. The tablets aren't too large for swallowing. It didn't upset my stomach on an empty stomach.Does it work? How would I know? How would anybody know I finished the entire bottle and haven't gotten sick but that could be a coincidence.The cost is quite high. $17.00 for 30. That's about ¢.57 a tablet. I found you can get a bottle of 240 Tablets of Brewers Yeast for $7.50. Although they aren't fermented. Epicor claims that once the yeast is fermented, the chemicals change. But does that make a difference?There is very little research on the effectiveness of Epicor or Brewers Yeast. But Brewers Yeast has been used for ages.So should you take it? If you don't mind spending the money, It won't hurt you and maybe it will help. Then again maybe it won't

I recently started taking this product to balance my immune system and so far so good.The pills are easy to swallow and the ingredients are clean which is most important to me.I would not recommend this product to those with candida since dried yeast is the main ingredient. Also those who suffer from SIBO will most likely struggle with unwanted side effects due to the fermented yeast.Otherwise, I would recommend this product to everyone looking for quality immune support.

I took this for a month and noticed I had constant yeast infections. As soon as I stopped taking it, the infection stopped. I did not realize this is a yeast based product. It also made my SIBO worse. Developed lots of gas. So if you should not eat yeast, don’t use this product.

I travel often and on flights. I take these with me. No bad taste, easy to swallow and it helps boost my immune system.

Great product, use daily and haven’t been sick in at least a year. Would recommend for anyone looking for extra immune support.
