I also used the spray they made and it was also lovely but this balm is just the best. I gift it to every person I know about to have a baby. Now, it's also excellent for some non-postpartum uses so even though my youngest is a tween, I still keep multiple jars on hand at all times. Other uses include: - Discomfort, swelling, or minor tears after some, ahem, great intimacy. - Hemorrhoids. - Once used it on a very persistent eczema-like patch on one of my kid's scalps and it went away with in days of using this. -Those painful periods where you feel like you got kicked in the crotch by a buffalo. - I've even put it on a painful hangnail. I got this as a last ditch effort to get some relief after I had my first. Even if you don't ripped, it will burn so bad when you pee. If you put a little of this on before you pee it helps so much. It's so cooling and feels so nice. With my 2nd baby I got this and brought it to the hospital. I truly believe I healed faster because of it.
