Stain Repellent Nano-Effect - 5 Liter

I am posting five star for this product. I recently applied this product on my 900 sq. ft. saltillo tile patio. It was easily applied with a sponge mop. After three days of my application it finally rained here in Austin TX. I looked out onto the patio and beads of water was forming and running off the patio. After the rain, I took my power blower and blew the remaining water. It easily beaded right off the patio and the patio appeared clean and dry. I would like to have found this product seventeen years ago. This is by far the best product out of five different brands I have previously used. My only concern at this point is the life of this product. Will it endure the Texas weather? If this product withstands our Texas weather for one year, it deserves a five star. If not, I will give it a four star. Other brands did not last a year or immediately perform like Akemi.

My mosaic stones are white color base and after applying the anti stain repellent coating Cause the stone color turn to yellowish , leave a thick yellow coat on the surface , I have to call the professional to strip off the anti- stain repellent to recover to original stone color . Be careful when apply on white base stone surface
