I had reviewed this and was upset about it kinking. The seller has been very fast to respond and has even offered a refund. He asked me how I was unwinding it and told me to let it roll off like a paper towel. I was pulling if off with it setting upright on the floor. It seems to have solved the problem. Since I am new to macrame I did not realize how you unwind the twisted cord would make a difference. I have only used braided up to now. I appreciate all of the sellers help and will buy from again just because of the excellent customer service.

Great quality cord/thread. This cord is the best quality cord compared to multiple other cord supplies I have tried on Amazon which don’t compare. I also love that it is 100% cotton and made in the USA! I promise you can really tell the difference on the finished product when you use quality materials don’t cheap out on the cord, you will regret it! I loved this macrame cord. It was very easy to utilize, the cotton is soft so my fingers did not get as worn-out as normal. Will definitely buy it again!!
