Cyclone Cup Shaker, Green, 20 Ounce

TL/DR - In my opinion this is the best cup money can buy. Get it and if you don't like it I'll buy it off you.I bought the "Frustration Free Packaging because I saw that some people were having problems with the "Standard Packaging". I don't know if there truly is a difference, but this is my experience with it:I've used the blender bottles, small electric blenders, the hand blenders, and countless shaker cups on Bodybuilding.com and I can honestly say that this is the best one out of every single serving cup I've used (obviously a food processor is going to be better than this, but only when whole foods are involved).I don't really understand the science behind it, nor do I care to. All I know is that after a few shakes, my protein, peanut butter, other powders are all mixed completely. I didn't know it was possible for peanut butter mix so well in a bottle but it really does. I've used a couple different protein powders (whey, casein, beef, mixtures) and have yet to have a problem.The bottle itself looks cool (albeit a little silly for some). It looks larger than it is (due to the cup on the bottom useful for transporting powders/pills/whatever you want it to), and I prefer having a cup that can carry 20-24oz of liquids, but I'm satisfied with the 16oz it holds. I tend to use milk, but I have used water before (for proteins and a DIY Soylent recipe) and it does its job. It is well worth the money.I've seriously been telling all my friends who workout about this, offering to let them borrow mine just so they can see how great it is. I've bought it as gifts for friends and they've all told me that it's the best they've used. If you don't think it's doing its job, return it or comment and I'll buy it from you (I won't pay full price but beggars can't be choosers right).Some people have complained that it gets a funky smell. No it doesn't. They aren't cleaning/storing it properly. If you let milk sit in it for a few days, it's going to stink. I just use dish soap, hot water, and shake away! I unscrew it a bit afterwards and then pop the top and let it drain out, then rinse the bottle with water and let it air dry WITH THE TOP OFF!!!! No fuss, no muss, no stink.

I need more of these! It's wonderful, mixes perfectly and cleans up super easy. I love the powder/snack holder on the bottom also! It helps when you work crazy hours and can make a drink so quick! I got the green one and it's color is spot on. I haven't had any odd smells stuck to the plastic and all is good. I have been using it for about a week now.

After a few months of use i still love the cyclone cup. It has been tossed around my gym bag for months now and has never leaked or caused any problems. I will fill the cup up with powder then fill the bottom section with my after workout powder, and just fill it with water at the gym, and after a few quick shakes its ready to go. I havent had any clumps and it seems to mix everything well.

I purchased for my husband to mix his protein drinks and it does a great job. The cylcone insert shakes the protein and it breaks down any chunks for a smooth shake. Easy to clean for the most part and no leaks. My favorite part is the storage at the bottom for another shake later!

Only 16 ounces. Wish it was a little bigger. Also, the cyclone piece is not attached which alters the seal if not put together just right. Leaks everywhere almost 80% of the time!

The product itself is solidly built - good quality plastics and nice snapping lid. The body is blacked out but transparent, which gives it a rich look. But I found two flaws in the product after a week of use. One minor, one major.Minor : the top is too thick for single handed use. Holding the bottle and opening it with a single hand is very difficult. It's a problem if you like to drink stuff while driving.Major : The lid does this weird thing where it collects a few drops of your drink, and then drips that on your forehead when you turn the bottle over to get the last remaining sip of you drink. It's especially irritating if you have something sticky, like a whey shake. I've had a sticky forehead multiple times.Considering there are so many options in the shaker bottle world these days, I would suggest look elsewhere for a good bottle.

I know it can hold 20 oz of water but that is without the cyclone device inside. If you have the device in you can only fit 16oz of water without it over filling. When you add your supplement the contents will definitely spill. It works fine when I am mixing my pre-workout supplements because it only calls for about 8-12 oz of water. But for post-workout supplements. It usually calls for 16 oz of water. If you use less water, the supplement is really thick and clumpy. If you remove the cyclone device inside the cup you can fit it all, but why buy this cup if you can't use the cyclone device. They need to make a 24oz cup or come up with a different cyclone device for the inside.I like that the cup is very strong and sturdy. This cup also doesn't leave a bad after taste and it doesn't stink.
