Loved the wooden case that snapped on perfectly. Bonus with screen protector although mine has a lot of bubbles but that's because I didn't have the patience to get them all out. The only downside is the bottom of the case. It doesn't snap into place and it easily slides off. I put some tape on the bottom to keep it in place. I also like the keyboard protector that came with it but it does away with the backlight keys when it's in place because all of the keys are covered up. I would recommend but I am considering getting another case where the bottom part of the case is more secure.

Cover is thick, with cherry wood covering plastic on top, a nice black matte plastic on bottom; fits well. Glass screen protector applied easily, Be certain to use a flat, non-scratching item (plastic ruler, etc.) to remove any bubbles immediately after application and prior to a full, final press to adhere. Came with 3 different matching key protectors to ensure user receives one that will fit her model. Key protector shows some puckering after 2 days of use; will use a bit of 2-sided scotch tape to remedy. Overall, quite satisfied with the look, feel and quality of this product package. Can't honestly rate sturdiness on this new purchase, but since case is replacing a comparable one due to the plastic disintegrating around edges after 2 years, will give it 4 stars due to adequate protection of the Mac and price.

The bottom part of the case does not fit. The only parts holding it in place are on one side (closest to you when using it). So there's nothing securing it in place, which means it constantly slides forward. It does not stay on. When I'm using it, it's fine because it's not moving. But whenever I pick it up, the bottom part is sliding around and not secure. It would make it really easy to drop because it could slide out. Giving it 2 stars because the top part of this case works well. The design is as expected and it snapped on perfectly to fit the top of my MacBook.

The wood was badly dented/scratched right out of the package. The product is what I’d expected. It fit well, and the keyboard cover was nice too. Be aware, when the keyboard cover is on, the backlit keyboard is not visible. If it wasn’t damaged- it would have been 5 stars.

Loved the sturdiness and finish, the only issue I found was that the lettering on the woodgrain keyboard cover is a bit too dark, one would have issues in the dark if you cannot touch type.

Only down side is trying to type with the key board cover. The wood grain makes it look weird if you aren’t great at typing. But other than that I love this case so much. I get so many compliments

The keyboard cover started to wear out literally on day 3 of using it. I have the keyboard memorized, but for someone who needs to see the label of keys this is a terrible keyboard cover.The other shell case is okay at best. It moves around some and does not stay snug.Overall this is horrible quality and more poorly made products from China.

I absolutely love the case! The only issue I have is that I was sent 3 keyboard protectors that are all different colors and the only one that matches my keyboard is a completely different color wood grain than my case. The other issue is that the letters on all the protectors are black and the light from the keyboard does not come through, so it is very difficult to see the letters especially at night.
