Doesn't get much better than Petzl
I've been using mostly Petzl for biners for 30 years. And pretty much only Petzl for belay biners. They are simply rock solid and bomb proof. Love 'em.

Durable piece of equipment
I love these carabiners. I keep these carabiners handy whenever I'm camping or kayaking as they work well with securing things together or attaching to bullies. They're pretty heavy weight and can handle quite a bit (had them holding a heavy-ish backpack to my hammock and they helped me secure a kayak that overturned when kayaking on the nearby river). Now the pro of the locking system is that if you're worried about it unlocking unexpectedly, you shouldn't. The locking mechanism requires some intentionality to undue. That being said, if you're trying to find something that can quickly release if needed, you'd do best with a different carabiner (perhaps with a straight up large wire gate). One other thing that I would mention is the area provided in the bent hook portion of the carabiner limited the amount of large items you can have on it and the locking mechanism is kinda chunky so whatever you put on it needs to have a reasonably sized opening to clear the mechanism if you want the smoothest experience. Overall, I rate the carabiner 5/5, I would buy again if I needed another carabiner with a locking mechanism.

Good biners
These biners are pretty decent. Not too heavy, easy to use and solid construction. The over-size makes it much easier to use them on a belt or attaching to equipment in a cramped space.

Perfect for top rope belaying
Nice for top rope belaying. It's big and the screw operates nicely. The red on the gate makes it easy to identify if it's closed properly or not. after using for over a year on TR, it barely has any signs of fatigue. Some of the color has faded where the rope runs but no grooves. Very pleased with this biner.

Love the color and its a secure device thus far.
No issues. Good for people who like that mental confirmation of locking. I like the red visual to make sure its locked before you do your safety checks. My belay device is petzl as well and they have great color options.

Screw gate action is very smooth
I chose this one over a different brand because side by side there was a significant difference in how smooth it was to screw the lock up and down. This brand I could easily screw the lock up and down with one hand, the other one was a challenge and would bind. This one was zero bind. Me like
