Colours, esp blue, are all bleeding and ruining prints

Colours do not print properly, purple prints as green orange prints as red etc, definitely not compatible with sawgrass sg7100dn for sublimation

Not compatible with Ricoh SG3110 DN

The colour of the ink is different to the genuine ink so all files print the wrong colour. Not good for repeat customer orders. Put in a genuine cartridge and all colours print correctly. I have only had this issue with the cyan cartridge. I am currently using compatible cartridges for the yellow and magenta with no problems at all. Still a massive cost saving using these compatible inks even when discarding the cyan and using a genuine instead.

When I needed to change the inks my printer would no except the ink and know I can not return the ink because I ordered them in advance so I would not run out, so now I am stuck with inks that are no good.
