help - shelves arrived with brackets in shelf cavity. How do I release the bracket to screw it to the wall. It will not come out

Put a flat screw driver or flat knife under bracket and wiggle it out. Hubby says once you do this it will come out.

What's the maximum load each individual 60cm shelf can take please? is it 9kg per shelf, as advertised in the product description? thanks

Can these shelves be modified or cut, will the finish crack if using a fine jigsaw blade or inserting an usb hub??

To be honest. I've not tried but there is a chance the coating will crack if cut, if your using a router to put a hole in it for a usb I re may be slightly better. But I wouldn't like to say,
