Does it's job, have 300 led 5m. But I will say, the end of my strip is not white, turns orange, so if I did it again I'd get a 12-16 amp

I bought an Allo Boss2 DAC to use with a Raspberry Pi 4. The DAC has a power jack and is capable of powering the PI and itself. It needs more than the standard Pi 4 power supply to do both. This one works fine. I've seen measurements comparing the SQ from a hundred dollar regulated power supply and a switching supply like this in this exact setup. Any noise and jitter is well below the threshold of human hearing although the regulated supply measures better. An important rule to remember about home audio. The weakest link is the speaker.

Reliable & Well built

Good power supply but connector can't handle more than 5A without overheating.To be used at full power connector needs to be replaced.

I bought these to run 5v LED light strips. I have the 10A version of the PSU. The other day, I happened to have an issue with the lights and had to unplug them. The barrel jack to screw-terminal adapter that came with it was HOT - like uncomfortable to touch the PLASTIC hot. There’s NO WAY this thing can take 10A and you probably shouldn’t use it. I snipped off the barrel connector, crimped on an Anderson PowerPole connector and connected things that way… No heat anymore. That adapter is junk.Otherwise, it seems like a pretty decent PSU.

I have 3 of these now in different amperages for multiple different WLED projects and these are doing the job well.

This power adapter worked very well for my WS2812B RGB light system and the SP511E controller. Check to make sure it works with your LEDs. Easy to install and provided the perfect power. Highly recommend it!

Used for a under-counter LED project in my kitchen with WLED. At first I didn't have the ground connected to my ESP6288 and the LEDs wouldn't display correctly, but once wired properly, it worked great. I ended up clipping off the barrel plug and using the bare wires due to other reviews about issues with the barrel adapter.

I thought this would work with my light as I lost the cord to it. It didn’t so now I need to order something else.

Bought 2 of these to power my 2x 5m @30leds/m WS2812B (5V) led strips, also from BTF-Lighting. They seem to work great for now.As for the voltage, with no load, I measured 5.38V and 5.4V on both at the PS. Output DC plug, which is OK and normal with no load. I expect the voltage to drop as power consumption goes up. All LEDs ON, at Red, at full intensity :drops to ~4.9V. .And that's measured after 24 feet of AWG 20 wires and 5 DC jack interconnect. I have not measured with RGB at full power yet as my LEDs strips are all rolled up.
