I was so excited to get this improved snack - I am their number one fan - having seen its original incarnation some 4-5 years ago this is much improoved.The double frying process ensures it is extra crispy and full of flavour. I have many friends who are now hooked on this stuff and it can be warmed slightly and used as a garnish on salads or other creations.The amount of effort that has gone into the development of this snack is mind boggling and Little Bobby Jebbs dogged persistence needs to be applauded.
