I was tired after a-day's work and my outdoor recliner arrived. The product is delivered good without any damage. Thank God, I felt so relieved. I quickly learnt how to adjust between sitting position and laying position. I was surprised with the steel quality. The steel is very good, not like ordinary walking-stick-like pole but sturdy enough (not heavy weight) and shiny. I felt blissfully comfortable in both sitting and laying position. The fabric is adequately a tough material. The attached pillow can be lowered to the neck to get neck support if you want.I quickly tried using my laptop by sitting on this recliner. How comfortable I felt from the top to my toe.The drawbacks I saw are:The laying position lets you lie down close to the ground, which I feel little awkward. Maybe, I need to get used to this.Preparing to sitting/lying down on this recliner is little difficult. You need to stretch your legs and delicately move onto the recliner. Equally difficult is standing up.Except for these two minor issues, it is a must-buy for every home. Having like this product, I re-ordered another recliner, hoping I would get back one again a quality product. A big thank you for Amazon and ANH Mart for making this happen. I would sure recommend this product to all my colleagues and family and friends.

Sometimes it falls while we sit

Had to return the product since it isn't flexible in terms of adjustmentsIt requires another person to make adjustments to it while the other person is on it.No doubt it's comfortable but you can either sit or stay flat almost close to the floor and you can't switch between these two comforts all by yourselfIf you decide to go flat you might find it difficult to sit on it since you have to pre position it before you sit on it which makes it uncomfortable to sit

It is very low compared with daily use ... quality should be improved

Build quality is average otherwise a easy to use comfortable chair
