restricted the flow of water way to much, I had no water pressure going into RV.too bad price is a lot better than Camco. Dang the bad luck

Tried these over my usual brand because they were almost half the price. Seem to be working fine by taste did not do a comparison test with measuring.

I use these filters all the time

I live in Florida and our water is hard and filled with minerals. I hate the taste of it and how much it froths when you use it. I am used to the clean fresh washington state water so this has been a transition getting used to. Even our goats were having a hard time digesting their minerals because the water was so hard. We installed these on our hoses outside so we can fill their water and the change has been amazing. You just have to let them run when you first put them on or they will leave charcoal residue everywhere. Once clear water comes thru you are good to go. The water doesnt froth anymore and the goats are much healthier. They had gotten orange thru their coats due to not absorbing their minerals and since using these their goats are soft and back to normal. Great filtration!

I bought this filter to wash my car as where I live the water is quite hard and leave white spots all over the car.I read dozen of reviews saying how good this product was to wash the car and that the car was left with no white spots after washing.Guess what?... Did absolutely NOTHING! The water still as hard as before and I was left with a car covered in white spots after properly installing this filter.WASTE OF MONEY!

J’ai pas aimé les filtres à cause , à chaque fois j’avais du charbon qui sortait du filtre . Même après utilisation de 5 fin de semaines . Le charbon sortait pendant 5 minutes. Je ne pense pas acheter encore ce produit. J’ai acheté pendant 4 les filtres Camco et j’ai jamais eux de problème comme ça

Do not buy if you don’t want to end up with filter particles in you soup or tea, or having you shower head completely clogged. The mesh used in this filter is not fine enough, so the filter leaches black, carbon looking particles out. Terrible!

The filtering process works very well, the taste of the water is excellent but remember, as with any filter of this type, flush first to remove loose dust particles. The only reason I didn't give these filters a 5 star rating was that the output thread seemed to be straight or slightly under cut and I had to use a large amount of plumbing thread tape to stop the leak. Minor problem though considering the benefits I'm getting.

Good filter, flushes clean and flows perfect for the RV. The pigtail included is quite heavy duty flexi-metal instead of rubber so I expect it will last a long time as long as it doesn't get pinched or flattened. Cant beat the price, single filters in store for the price of 2 with this, its nice to have a spare on hand for when the campground doesn't flush all of their antifreeze out of their lines and you ruin one!
