Great product. Solid as a tank and smooth function. Second faucet we’ve purchased by these guys. Wouldn’t go back to a cheap delta if you paid me. The little hex screw fell out or something, and looking for a replacement to tighten it back up. Probably installation not done right. Plumber long gone. Wish I knew the size/type to replace it

I had this set installed when I renovated my guest bathroom recently. It’s a beautiful set. The on/off handle and the tub spout need to be wiped down after use or you will get spots. Not a huge big deal to do that. The only issue I have with this shower head is the water restrictor. It is not one of the ones that can be easily removed. My friend’s son took a shower in there first and when I asked about the water pressure he said it was good. I then took a shower and it was terrible. I have great water pressure but this felt like half the pressure compared to the shower head I had previously. As a result I set out to find a solution to the water restrictor. Based on a review somewhere else I was able to find a YouTube video showing how to remove it. Essentially you just need to break the hard white plastic piece and shake it out of the shower head. I’ve voided the Hansgrohe warranty on it by doing this but the water pressure is amazing now and in the end that’s what matters. And yes my plumber installed the handle upside down but it actually matches the cold to hot markings on the face plate this way. Highly recommend this set!

I have been focusing a lot on fixture renovation lately, and have tried various ones, none of which were actually bad, but each had their own various “quirks”. Enter the Clubmaster… amazing! It is super high quality, like other Hansgrohe products. The way it is designed, to the materials used, all scream quality in spades! Even the stylish look is simple and elegant. Lately, I have really been looking at the nice rain shower heads and have tried a few. The Clubmaster, while not an actual rain shower head, can go from standard “get me clean” shower, to soft flow like a rain shower, to “please give me more” massaging water action. It is one of the best shower heads I have found to date, and easy to get installed, up and running!

This is absolutely the most well made and beautiful shower unit I've ever owned and rivals fixtures I've used in modern fancy hotels in Europe. Everything about it is well designed and engineered. The instructions are useful, which I cannot always say about Grohe. Word among builders is that in recent years, Hansgrohe has inched past Grohe in terms of high quality plumbing fixtures. Everything works so smoothly and yet feels secure and sturdy. The streams are all very useful. This particular model has three choices, whereas the normal Select has only two. The packaging was excellent - everything was nicely in place upon opening the box, and installation was not difficult. If you are wavering on the fence about this, just buy it --- in this case, you really do get what you pay fore. I don't expect to have to change this out in my lifetime and will appreciate the beauty and fine functioning every day.

This set takes all of the guesswork out of a new install / shower bath renovation. The quality is unquestionable. Every piece is thoughtfully designed, has a nice heft to it, and fit together with precision. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. There are a number of small details that we really like, including the design of the shower spout, which has a plastic cover built-in that stops little fingers from being stuck into it. The shower head is easy to install without requiring pipe tape and the self-cleaning feature works surprisingly well. The different modes are easy to switch between and flow well with our 1/2 inch pex piping (it also supports 3/4 piping). Overall this is a very high quality, stylish set, and the minimalist design will go well with many different bathroom layouts.

It's important in home remodel projects to measure twice, and cut once. In this case, we ordered before knowing that our existing shower system could not be retrofitted with this kind of set. As a result, we only wound up using the shower head. However, what we can say is that the showerhead is fantastic on two settings, and disappointing on one. The head can tricky to turn to get the desired spray pattern because it rotates and flexes so easily. Also, the "jet" function only really works if you have a high pressure water system. In my shower, the way the jet comes out feels more like a trickle. The massage setting does not disappoint.

Everything in this kit is gorgeous and precisely manufactured, hansgrohe has a winner here. It looks much better in person than in the pictures, especially the shower head. The control handle is very smooth, easy to dial in exactly the right temp and flow. Water pressure is excellent with 3/4" supply lines. This is a complete kit with everything you need included, perfect for remodels, new additions, or new construction. Takes the guess work out of buying components.

this was given to my uncle who needed to put in a new shower/tube set for his out dated bathroom. He is a professional plumber so he was able to install with ease....but with the instructions and a basic understanding of plumbing a non pro can install this. It's good quality metal and has been up and in use for about 1.5 months now and it's working amazingly with no leaks or rust.
