These Chewy Tubes not only provide sensory input for little ones who love to chew (on clothes, toys, etc) but can also be used for oral motor exercises as prescribed by an occupational or speech therapist. The rubber material holds up well to even the most vigorous chewing and doesn't discolor in countertop sanatizers or washed on the top rack of the dishwasher. As a pediatric OT, my chewy tubes have gotten lots of use without any evidenced of material breakdown. Great product for a great cost!
