Overall nice
Unfortunately the one I received has more dark in it than the image online, but I do understand how stone works. It's just disappointing that it's so dark. Also there are a few cracks within the stone that are not inclusions and give the impression that they can be peeled off or chipped off, as well as pitting along the edges. Overall it's nice, with a solid feel and is very well packaged (so the cracks are not due to shipping)

Very nice but much darker in color than expected
The crystal is nice and a good price for the size but it is significantly darker than I wanted and expected. I would not purchase from this seller again for that reason. I know they vary in color, but this was extreme.

Great quality and customer service
Updated rating to 5. The crystal arrived quickly and packaged well with a nice info card. My rating was lower originally, but after speaking with the seller and their amazing customer service I've improved my rating. The colour may not have been the same as the picture, but it is nice, good quality and its a natural piece so colour differences are to be expected. My son chose this crystal because he loved the blue, purple, pink transition. Its more dark purple and doesn't have the same colour differences as the photo but he is still happy he ordered it.
