Q: Do the rods come with it?

Yes. But they are "two piece". Had trouble keeping them together. I used a cable terminal crimper to make them into "one" piece. I also rounded the rod ends that had sharp edges.

Q: How does this attach to your back? Does it have backpack style elastic straps? Or does it hang down from your neck like a collar? Can't see straps in

There is a black band that fastens around the neck with velco and the wings hang from this collar like a cape.

Q: Are there finger holes to expand the wings or is only by the rods?

There are elastic wrist bands so you don't have to use the rods. They won't Expand completely though unless you have really long arms.

Q: How tall do you have to be to wear this product

Hi, I am 5.3 tall , and wont touch the ground, fit excellent . very good quality love it.
