I really like this BBL pillow. I bought it for after my BBL surgery upcoming and I tried it out as soon as I got it in the mail. I really like the material that it is made of, and it is super soft to the touch, but firm enough for the purpose of keeping my butt off of the chair. I will update after BBL.

I had a bbl back in august and I have went thru 3 different brands of bbl pillows since then. This pillow being one of them. And I will say, had I known about this one, I would’ve saved money and got this one from the start! The other two I had were too soft and didn’t give me enough support while sitting and I think that ultimately caused more volume loss for me. However, THIS PILLOW is wonderful ! This pillow had firm memory foam that definitely keeps your butt lifted all the way up so that you are not putting any pressure on it and the pillow also has a top layer of soft foam for comfort. It’s truly a wonderful pillow for after surgery! Definitely get it !

you get what you pay for--this thing is cheap for a reason i guess.your thighs will have pressure on them and your feet will start tingling. to me thats a huge concern as far as pinching veins/nerves...especially after bbl. what ive done is put it at the edge of a chair with two soft pillows behind it so that way my butt is still actually kind of supported while still keeping most of my weight on my thighs. without doing that after 5 minutes you wont be able to keep sitting. having this infront of two pillow stacked on the chair works fine overall.no matter what just know that you will NOT be comfortable no matter what you do for a couple months after a bbl...that being said, its worth spending 90 dollars on a bbl pillow that is a little better than this in my opinion. the length of this thing is good but it should be a little longer and wider i think...maybe 2 inches wider and 2 inches longer..and there is no way you could drive with this thing...i just use it for my computer chair and again i put two pillow down first on top of each other and then this bbl pillow in front of those two stacked pillows. that way my thighs are on this product and my butt is kind of able to rest on the pillows with some support so my nerves/veins dont get pinched as hard in the thigh...hopefully that makes sense.but again its probably better to just spend more money on an actual good one...like from a KNOWN company.

It's firm, yet, soft enough for great support. Recovers to its original form soon after use. Would definitely recommend.

Used it for my bbl. it’s cool it does the trick. Soft yet hard, idk how to explain it. It just does the job. Don’t expect super comfort after getting a bbl.

This bbl pillow is a great size, firm but soft at the same time. This pillow deserves a 10 stair!

Works great for BBL recovery! It is soft but firm. Doesn't hurt the thighs.

I am 164lbs and when I sat down my butt was still touching and pressing the couch so this was useless for my TT & bbl.
