My husband and I took this on vacation with us, and he recharged several devices multiple times with this thing (Galaxy s5, iPod classic). We'd plug our devices in at the hotels at night, but anytime anything got low on battery while we were out, we'd use this guy. We used it for 10 days, and it still has about a quarter of the battery left. It's a powerful beast! It is heavier/denser than you'd expect, but it didn't bother us; it just made me think that it's good quality. It could probably fit into a pocket, but it would most likely pull on anything lightweight and it'd be a bit of a snug fit unless you're wearing cargo pants...or JNCOs, ha! The white exterior is a bit textured...similar to the material of the palm rest on the old Macbooks, so it tends to pick up dirt fairly easily and hold onto the grimy color more than a slick plastic (though anything white doesn't really stand a chance with me, lol, and I admit that it did land in my makeup bag at one point). But that texture does make it look nicer, so if you keep it in a slip or something, it's a really great looking piece of machinery. We liked the multiple ports, so a couple of things can charge at once; and we like the indicator lights that showed the battery life in quarters. So glad I bought this!

I suspect the issue that I and many 1 star reviewers are having is the micro USB charging jack is not properly connected to the circuit board. Being an electrical engineer, and after noting mine was not charging from day one, I pried the unit open to find the micro USB connector was Never properly soldered to the PC board. After carefully re-soldering the connector (Very Difficult) the unit now charges properly. Next I had to glue the unit back together, another difficult task. There is No Way this unit went through any Quality Control. Unless you are looking for a workshop project I suggest you immediately return a unit that does not work properly. Or look for one with better reviews.

It came with a charge, worked great. Charged it again, per the instructions left it on the charger for 20hrs-- it showed to be fully charged but as soon as I took it off the charger it died. Contacted the shipper, but they dont seem to speak English very well and could not understand what I was asking. The high MAh is cool, but the product is crap.

Over the course of 3 years, I’ve purchased 6 of these as gifts and I’ve had the same one since 2015. It still gives my phone to full charges and some. Very durable, it’s fallen quite a number of times and it still works as perfectly as the day I purchased it.

I originally gave it five star but after being a little experience in the external battery world this item is bulky and heavy. It's comparable to holding three smart phones. But it lasted me almost two years so its doing its job. I only use it maybe twice a month when I travel.

I have purchased this power bank twice, and both died when the micro USB port broke off inside. First one I saw as an odd incident, but to have the second one break exactly the same way tells me it has a design flaw. First one lasted 8 months, the second one 14 months. Will be replacing it with a different brand.

Great battery backup. Keeps the charge for a while. I've left it sitting for a month or more and it still had full charge. Can charge several devices before it's dead. The LED indicator showing remaining charge is a nice feature.It's bigger and a little heavier than I thought it'd be, hence the four stars instead of 5. If you need something for purse or backpack, this will add a little bit of weight for the trade off of longer charge times.

Worked well for a while, after 3 mos the port where I need to charge the battery broke. The port where it needs to be plugged in to charge the battery caved in. Now the $36.98 charger that I paid for is useless because I can't charge it any longer. My window to return the battery past already.
