...yes, I'm aware that some reviews must be taken "with a grain of salt" as the saying goes. However, this isn't one of them. I'm not a paid spokesperson, nor am I a friend of the family. What I am is simply a consumer like millions of others. In all my years of "redoing" closets, I've never experienced such an easy install of a shelf system. Seriously, it is incredibly easy. But there was something else as well...as a business owner myself, I can recognize dedication and commitment to a product pretty easily when it's presented. The owner of EZShelf, David, is such an individual. I'll try to be brief here. I purchased this product from amazon. When it arrived, one of the flanges that you screw to the wall had been broken off. I called and left a message for David with a quick explanation of what happened. Not only did he return my call after business hours, he took care of the issue immediately and shipped a replacement part to me the very next day--this is truly an example of exceptional customer service. Not only is it a great product, but this is a small company that clearly has the dedication to professionalism that is sadly lacking in today's world.

I found the EZ shelf closet system after my builder closet shelves gave out. If you are looking for a product which is sturdy and easy to install, look no further. David from EZ design team answered all my questions related to design and installation. I am so confident and pleased with my new EZ shelves, I am contemplating ordering some for the garage. Bottom line, order this product, you will not be disappointed!!

There are several excellent features that this shelf system has to offer. I) The adaptable, flexible length of the tubing allows for installation in custom fit spaces. This is possible because the tubes can expand or contract, just like a curtain rod. 2) The material feels solid, and once installed, it should hold a good deal of weight. 3) The shelving is attractive. It has a clean, solid look. 4) Customer support is excellent. I had one small piece that arrived damaged, which was promptly replaced without any hassles or extra shipping charges. Yes, this is how businesses should be run, but not every business meets the mark. On the whole, I'm glad I found this shelving system. It has a lot going for it.

So much better than the typical wire closet shelves. Watch the YouTube videos for tips. I was super excited to find the little magnetic level in my box! It was kind of a must in my opinion! I’m kind of awful at hanging things up but I enjoyed this project! Looking forward to putting these in my laundry closet next!

I’ve struggled with storage and organization troubles in my home for the past 10 years only able to purchase the wire closet system which is absolutely hideous to install. I ran across this and my god! Amazing!!! I absolutely love the ease of installing. I also had extra to put in my laundry room

I bought multiple sets of these including shelves, closet organizer etc. I set up three walk in closets all by myself. plus a shelf over the washer/dryer. I am not handy really. Here is what I did. I set myself up to be successful. I started small. I mounted the first one in the laundry room where the poles fit perfectly between the two walls. Easy simple. I used a level, a pencil, a hammer, a power drill, a drill bit, screwdriver bit and the kit. It took me about an hour or so to assemble this. Why? It was my first one. I wanted to make sure everything worked. Here is a hint. Make sure the middle thick part of the poles is not in line with the center support section. Trust me. Each pole end fits perfectly in either the right/left side. The middle thick part does not fit inside the center support though. i am now an expert. I did 12 foot sections, 6 ft sections, sections that don't reach the far end of closets. All without a handy man or any man!! The remainder of the closets probably took about 4 1/2 hours. I did use a tape measure for one reason. I measure the longest skirt/shirt etc for double hang sections of the closets. That way no clothes hit the floor. Yippee. Tons of closet space now. Oh and super strong! Ton's of stuff on top and not a single wobble.

Had to return, because I am a blockhead and mismeasured. The rods were too long for my space, but the owner was super gracious refunded my money, didn’t charge me for shipping on the return and I can’t rave enough about this company. Luckily, they had shorter rod versions and ended up purchasing 4 separate shorter length versions for my new closet space and love them!!! I would recommend purchasing from this company, hands down. Couldn’t be happier.
