Nice mannequin head. Smooth surface, not styrofoam, seems sturdy. These would look lovely for a store display, but I used two of these to display a couple of our hats on our closet shelf.

Smaller than I wanted but still a great option
I really wanted to give this thing five stars. The head is small like a kids size. I bought this to model ear warmers that I make for my IG, but the adult ones are sometimes too big for this head, depending on the yarn used. The child headbands slip on really well which is awesome because then I can use it to model both child and adult sizes without hurting the smaller ones. That said, I wish the head was an inch or two bigger in diameter so the bigger ones wouldn't slip off. I don't see any way you can stick pins in this plastic either. It's quality plastic and the head model is actually pretty heavy/solid. It sits up on a desk without a tripod or stand without tipping. It's beautiful brushed matte white and frankly will last a long time. I just wish the head was bigger around, but I looked and looked and I honestly couldn't find any solid heads that were bigger. This was my best option because I didn't want a distracting face on it. I would still recommend because of the versatility of sizes it will fit because of the slippery plastic, but someone needs to make an actual adult sized head that will last.

Perfect!
The head is absolutely beautiful and came in perfect condition. The weight is great and it's the exact same size as my head which is A BIT small for an adult women, but not extremely small. The price is great as well.
