If you want a product so great that your kid opens if before their suppose to this is for you! Variety of books, easy to follow instructions, and fun for variety of ages. Sound quality is clean and easy to understand. Purchased more after receiving one as a gift. Definitely a favorite around our house.

I got the Mickey Mouse, Toy Store & more 8 book reader for my grandson. He loves to try and read with the books. It includes the electronic pad & 8 hardcover books. On the reader you press the book and page buttons that match up to the book you want it to read & listen to the story. You can follow along in the book while it reads. When you turn a page you have to press read story button to hear it read. It has great narration and sounds for the books. The reader is made of hard plastic and is very sturdy. Each book has about 20 pages in them. Great for child learning to read or just wanting to listen to stories. Had no problems using this toy and would buy it again.

Very good for kids starting to learn to read. You first match the book and then each page has a button you press and it reads the page to you. (Pages match to buttons by color)

My kids are obsessed with these readers and so am I! Great for reading time when Mom also needs a break! Even young kiddos can easily figure out how to do these on their own! My kids have learned so much listening to these stories

My grandson is almost 4 and on the autism spectrum. Mostly non verbal and adhd. But he’s smart and started showing a real interest in books and we’d all read with him. But this! We learned it together and by page 3 of his first book, he understood he had to push the color that matched the physical book and the reading device. He picks the color and it now reads that page. A tiny ding lets us know to turn the page. I almost had a happy heat attack when he learned more about using it and after we read 3 together, he went off to read the fourth book alone. I don’t mean actually he’s reading but he feels in control. I love it. Just ordered another set.

These are great for my daughter who loves to read. She reads them over and over again! She adores the stories and figured out using the reader quickly! We love them and have 3 different sets!

My 4 year old got this set for Christmas and he has really enjoyed listening to the 8 different stories. He pulls it out nearly every day. It reminds me of the books on tape I had when I was a child that would read each book and chime to tell you to turn the page. He thinks pushing the buttons are fun and he also gets practice matching the shape on the page to the shape on the electronic pad in order for the device to read the correct page. He loves to be read to, but this set gives him some independence in that he doesn’t have to rely on someone else to be there. He can have some quiet time and explore the books on his own. He has liked these so much that I plan on getting him another set with different stories. My 2 year old also likes to sit and listen, although her attention span will only last for one book haha.

This entertains the kiddos for hours as they “read” to themselves. Great alternative for those toddlers who want a tablet.
