Chef say's this is overpriced
I'm a chef and food writer, and my wife bought me this Hiteclife 28cm non-stick frying pan and it arrived with scratches on the non-stick surface, so I sent it back.In my opinion, as a chef who has used lots of brands of cookware on both sides of the Atlantic, this pan is overpriced at £34. When choosing a frying pan all of them have pluses and minuses. Aluminium frying pans warp overtime but they conduct heat evenly, stainless steel takes much longer to warp but it does not heat up evenly. So a modern frying pan with a composite bottom is a good choice if the build quality is good, but this frying pan's build quality is worth £20 not £34. Besides arriving with scratches, the pan surface looked very slightly uneven, so I took my spirit level and confirmed that. Eventually most frying pans become convex, so not all of the pan surface is touching the heat source, but you certainly don't want an uneven pan to begin with.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Best non-stick frying pan for making fried eggs ( yes, this is why I need a good non- stick frying pan) It came with a nice package and detailed instructions, lots of thing I wasn’t aware of when using non-stock frying pan. No wonder my old ones never last long. The only thing is the handle is metal too, and it gets warm a bit while cooking, but never hot, so that’s good. Overall, good value for money.

A frying pan useless for frying
When I read the manual I was shocked to learn that I can use the frying pan only on low to medium heat or the coating gets damaged. I wanted a frying pan for eg browning meat, which requires heat. So I have a frying pan which is useless for frying. The lid is difficult to clean as well, veg gets stuck between the glass and the metal rim. I will have to buy another frying pan, this one is useless.

Great
I have been looking for a replacement 24cm frying pan for an induction hob but after looking at various reviews for different pans and not being impressed came across this one. I have been usng for about a month now and so far have had no issues with it, have been using on high heat for short periods of time and had no ill effect to the pan, the handle does get a little warm but not over heated. I also place in the dishwasher too. Only time will tell how it fairs but so far so good

Been using this between low-medium and medium heat settings with little/no oil. Eggs still don't stick to it, and generally eggs are the ultimate test to non-stick pans. VERY pleased with this purchase and it's outlasted all other non-stick pans that I've had in the past that's only a few months without a noticeable difference in the non-stick coating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great value, great quality, your friends will think they cost twice as much
Great weight, I love the handle design, & the selection in this set, they wash up beautifully. They are made of cast aluminium which means they have the look of cast iron but much lighter. I’m really happy with the quality & price. I think this would be the perfect set if there was also a 22cm handled saucepan.

Good quality for the price. Easy for cooking any sticking foods. Easy for me to handle it by one hand and shake it like the big chef. Deep for frying my vegetables mixed rice . Happy to get it! Definitely recommend it.

Money well spent
My wife had never used an induction hob before, we have just had a complete kitchen refit including an induction hob, my wife says that these are the best pans she has ever had, they clean well, do not stick and she cannot praise them too highly it was money well spent on a product we had no prior experience of using.
